Nikkormat, Tamron 28-70 lens shot at 28mm. 100 speed Kodak film, f5.6, 1/2 sec. This is a photo from the top of the mountaintop fortress at Eze, France. The lighted building is a hotel where guests can stay in original rooms (circa 900 AD). There is a restaurant near where the umbrellas can be seen. When the chef found out that our party was from Louisiana, he came out to meet us. He spoke about New Orleans cuisine, promised us a special treat, then disappeared back into the kitchen. He reappeared 30 minutes later with a covered dish, which was uncovered with great fanfare. He had fried us up some chicken. It was good, but not as good as Popeye's.
