I've never seen or ridden in a flat like it. It's a bit over 16' long, and it's nearly 9'  wide at its beam. Built of welded aluminum with diamond plate decks, it's terrifically stable for photography, although it's not great in sharp turns. It covers the long distances on the Grand River efficiently, is good on gas (70 hp Yamaha), and rides like a flying carpet in smooth water.
